Aachi Chilli Chicken Masala
A Special South Indian Preparation of a maintained fried spicy chicken dish.
Preparation : Mix Aachi Chilli Chicken masala with 1 egg white and make a paste. Apply the paste over 1 kg cut chicken pieces. Keep it for 1 hour No need to add salt. Fry the above in oil until golden brown. Garnish brown with onion and serve.
