The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on jollybuys.in. All items with the logo Trusted by jollybuys on the product detail page are Trusted by jollybuys (FBJB). All non-FBJB items are seller Trusted.
1) In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

2) All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
3) Only Trusted by jollybuys (FBJB) items may be eligible for replacement. For more details, please refer About Free Replacements.
4) If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. JOLLYBUYS shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
5) In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
Trusted by jollybuys indicates that products are stored, packed and dispatched by jollybuys.A Trusted by jollybuys item, identified by the jollybuys (logo), indicates:
1. Orders containing items Trusted by jollybuys worth Rs. 499 or more are eligible for FREE delivery.
2. Trusted by jollybuys items may be eligible for "Guaranteed Delivery" in select locations. Products are stored, packed and dispatched by jollybuys.

4. Products can be returned easily by visiting our Returns Support Centre.

Trusted by jollybuys items and few Seller Trusted items can be replaced at no extra cost through our Online Returns Centre provided certain conditions (as given below) are Trusted.
Trusted by jollybuys items and few Seller Trusted items are eligible for free replacements. If the item you ordered arrived in a damaged/defective condition or was different from what was ordered, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.
Note: If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned product will be issued.
In order to be eligible for a free replacement, an item must be within the Return window(this link will lead to "General Returns policy" and in stock with same seller (exact same item). The free replacement order will be shipped through "standard shipping" once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

1. A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
2. If the item is missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product.
3. If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
4. If your item is a Trusted by a seller and is not eligible for a free replacement, please "Contact Seller" from "Your Orders" to request a refund.
All replacement orders will be sent through standard shipping speed i.e. 2-4 days.
Standard shipping speed will be used to ship replacement orders even if the original orders were shipped via guaranteed morning/same/one-day or two day shipping option.
We will ship the replacement order once we receive the original order.
When you return a Trusted by jollybuys item, refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.

If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid, we'll issue the refund through a demand draft.
When we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, we will send you an e-mail asking you to call us. When you call us back, we will collect your name and the address where you want the demand draft to be sent, and proceed with the refund.
For orders placed using Pay on Delivery as the payment method, refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You can update the details of the bank account where you wish to receive the refund in the Your Account section or from the Returns Support Centre when you are returning an item.

Once you have entered your correct bank account details, click on Save and Add Bank to save your bank account.
Note:
The name associated with the bank account should be exactly same as the name associated with the corresponding jollybuys account. This is because a refund can only be requested to a bank account in your name. Refund credits to third party bank accounts are not permitted.
To delete a bank account, go to Your Account and visit the Manage Your Bank Accounts For Refunds page. Click on Delete This Account button to delete information associated with a previously added bank account.

About A-to-z Guarantee
We want you to buy with confidence anytime you make a purchase on the jollybuys.in website; that's why we guarantee purchases from sellers when payment is made via the jollybuys.in website. The condition of the item you buy and its timely delivery are guaranteed under the jollybuys A-to-Z Guarantee.
You are limited to a lifetime maximum of seventy five claims. Withdrawn claims do not count towards this maximum.
Requirements of A-to-Z Guarantee
You must have purchased physical goods from a seller on jollybuys.in
You must wait three 3 business days post the maximum estimated delivery date for an order as indicated in the order details in Your Account
For returns of damaged/defective items from Books and Movies & TV shows category, you need to inform the seller or us for such damage or defect within fourteen days of delivery to initiate the returns process.
For returns of business orders wherein damaged/defective and/ or wrong products have been shipped to you, you will be required to inform the seller of such damage or defect or wrong shipment within 3 days of receipt of the goods, to initiate the returns process.
For purchases through the jollybuys.in website, you can track the progress of your claim by viewing the order in Your Account.
